When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI agent to your shop, it can generate images and videos for you. These generations run on prepaid AI credits. This article explains what you pay, to whom, and how your credits are used, purchased and tracked. It applies to the WiziShop, Dropizi and Evolup solutions.
What you pay, and to whom
Three separate costs come into play when you work with an AI agent.
Your subscription to your solution. WiziShop / Dropizi / Evolup bills it, and it covers your shop and its administration area. Connecting an MCP agent is free.
Your subscription to the AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT…). The agent's provider bills it, and it covers the agent itself, including the texts it writes for you.
Your prepaid AI credits. WiziShop / Dropizi / Evolup bills them, and they're used only for images and videos generated by AI.
Solution pricing
WiziShop offers 3 plans: Smart, Business and Enterprise. You can see their prices on the WiziShop pricing page: WiziShop plans.
Evolup offers 4 plans: monthly or annual, with or without unlimited AI. You can see their prices on the Evolup pricing page: Evolup plans.
Generate images and videos with your agent
Every image or video you ask your agent for uses prepaid AI credits. Its other actions in your admin don't use any.

With the 1,000 credit pack at €10 excl. VAT, an image costs €0.08 excl. VAT and a 5-second video costs €1 excl. VAT.
Before you start a generation
Your agent tells you the cost and waits for your approval before starting a video. If your balance isn't enough, it refuses, tells you the price and gives you the link to buy credits. Nothing is charged.
Where to find your creations
Generated images land in your image manager.
Videos take 1 to 3 minutes to create and aren't added directly to your image manager. The AI agent gives you the link to view the video and add it.
If a generation fails
Your credits are refunded automatically. When a generation only partly succeeds because some images were missing, the refund is partial.
💡 Good to know
The first time you check your balance, your account gets 100 free credits, once only. That's enough for about a dozen images or one 5-second video.

Credits belong to your account: all your shops share the same balance.
Buy a pack
Open the "AI Credits".
In the "Top up my credits" block, click "Buy" under the pack you want.
Confirm the payment on the page that appears.
To buy, you need a saved payment method and no unpaid invoice on your account. You manage your payment method in My Account > Payment details.
Your invoice is available in My Account > Invoices.
Track your balance
The AI Credits page [à vérifier] shows your balance at the top. The "Credit history" block [à vérifier] lists your transactions from newest to oldest: "Free credits", "Purchase", "AI image", "AI video", "Refund" and "Adjustment" [à vérifier]. Each line shows the shop it came from. You can also ask your agent how many credits you have left.
If the WiziShop team adjusts your balance, an "Adjustment" line appears with the reason.
Don't confuse it with the AI writing plan
A second counter, "Credits used" [à vérifier], may show at the top of the AI section. It relates to a different system: the admin's writing tools (product listings, blog posts, FAQs…), on solutions that don't include unlimited AI.
The prices of these plans are shown in AI > Change plan, where you can also choose or change your plan. This counter doesn't block anything: any overage is billed at renewal. With a plan that includes unlimited AI, no counter appears.
💡 Good to know
The two systems are independent. Buying a pack of prepaid credits doesn't change the writing plan counter, and the other way around.
