What the agent can do (products, design, orders…) and its limits

Your AI assistant doesn't just do anything, any way it likes. It only acts on what the WiziShop MCP server exposes to it, and nothing beyond that. Here's what it can do, and where its abilities stop.

What the agent can do on your shop

Shop identity

It renames your shop (display name, tab titles, H1 of the home page), and suggests several name ideas if you haven't picked one yet.

Categories and structure

It creates categories and subcategories, each with its own description, image and SEO, instead of only editing product listings in a structure that already exists.

Product catalog

It creates a complete product listing, assigns it to a category, updates a price or a stock level, duplicates an existing listing, and imports a product from a supplier or competitor URL.

On an affiliate site, it can also search by itself for the top-rated products of a marketplace in a given category, within the import quota linked to your plan.

Orders

It lists the orders waiting to be shipped, so you don't have to filter your orders table by hand. It pulls up the full details of an order on request: products ordered, address, amount. It moves a status forward, for example from "being prepared" [à vérifier] to "shipped" [à vérifier], and retrieves the related documents, such as the invoice or the preparation slip [à vérifier], so you don't have to hunt for them one by one.

Statistics

In a few seconds, it gives you today's or this month's revenue, your best sellers over a given period, your stock alerts (out of stock, low stock, unsold items), your abandoned carts, plus your traffic and conversion rate. It's a quick check on your business without opening several dashboards.

Marketing

It analyzes the performance of a newsletter campaign (open rate, clicks, revenue generated), and turns on an automated email scenario for you, such as an abandoned cart reminder or a welcome message.

Promo codes

It creates a discount code as a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping, depending on what you ask for. It turns the code on, turns it off or deletes it, and applies the conditions you specify (duration, minimum purchase amount).

SEO and design

It updates a title, a meta description or an H1 to improve a page's search ranking. On the design side, it customizes your shop's CSS in draft mode, so you can see the result before actually publishing it.

Home page

It builds or reworks the sections of your home page: main banner, a featured product selection, a countdown to an event, a newsletter signup block.

Image generation

It generates visuals from a description (a mood, a setting) or from an existing photo that it edits to match your shop's style. This is useful for a product staging image or a background visual that fits your brand guidelines.

💡 Useful Tips
Beyond these one-off actions, the assistant can also use dedicated, more advanced skills: a complete design overhaul carried out in several phases, large-scale writing and auditing of product listings, regular monitoring of your competitors' prices, or creating visuals for your shop.

The agent's limits

The assistant never changes your shop without your approval. Any action that changes data, a price, an order status or published content needs your explicit confirmation before it runs. A deletion goes even further: it always takes two steps, a preview of what's about to be deleted, then your final confirmation.

Some data stays out of reach depending on your access level. A connection limited to a single shop, for example, doesn't give access to the list of users on your account or to information about other shops you may manage.

The assistant also stays within what the MCP server exposes. Billing settings, management of access to your account and advanced security settings still have to be done from your standard administration interface. The assistant doesn't fully replace the admin. It just saves you the trip for everyday tasks.

Finally, it does what you ask, but it can misread an ambiguous instruction. A vague request like "lower this price a bit" may be understood differently from what you had in mind. Give it a precise instruction, and keep an eye on actions that touch your prices, your stock or your orders.
