Connection and access
How do I connect my assistant to my shop?
The connection starts from Claude or ChatGPT. You add the WiziShop connector in the assistant, which redirects you to a WiziShop authorization page where you approve the access. The exact steps depend on the assistant you choose.
My assistant says it can't access my shop
First check that the connection is still active from your WiziShop account: access may have been revoked, or the session may have expired. If the connection does show as active but the assistant still can't query your shop, start a new conversation with your assistant instead of continuing in the same thread.
I manage several shops. How does the assistant know which one to use?
Each connection belongs to one shop. If you manage several shops, you need to connect the assistant to each one separately, and say which shop you mean in your request whenever there could be any confusion.
How do I revoke an assistant's access?
From your WiziShop account, in the list of active connections. Revoking takes effect immediately, exactly as described in security and permissions: staying in control.
Day-to-day use
The assistant didn't understand my request, or did something other than what I wanted
Reword it with more precision: the action, the item concerned, and figures. "Lower the price" is ambiguous, "lower the price of the blue sweater by €5" is not. You'll find more prompts worded this way in practical use cases and ready-to-use prompts.
An action is stuck on "awaiting confirmation"
Some actions need your explicit approval before they run. If the assistant shows you a preview, just reply to confirm or cancel. The request doesn't run until you answer.
I approved an action by mistake. How do I undo it?
WiziShop doesn't reverse an action that has already run, whether it came from an AI assistant or from a manual change. You can, however, correct the action itself: put the old price back, set an order back to the right status, delete a promo code created by mistake. Can I ask for several actions in a row?
Yes, in the same conversation or in a single sentence. The assistant handles the steps one by one and shows you the result at each stage.
A generated image doesn't really match my product. What should I do?
Don't publish it as it is. Ask your assistant to rework it and tell it what's wrong (color, size, material), or start from a real photo of the product to stage, rather than from a fully free generation.
Limits and scope
Can the assistant change my billing or account security settings?
No. These settings still have to be changed from your standard administration interface. The assistant only acts on what the WiziShop MCP server exposes to it: catalog, categories, orders, statistics, marketing, promo codes, SEO, design and home page. Does it work the same on WiziShop, Dropizi and Evolup?
Yes, MCP works the same way on all three solutions.
Can I limit the assistant to viewing, with no ability to change anything?
Yes, you can set up a read-only connection. It's a good option when you're starting out.
Support
WiziShop provides support for the MCP server and for the connection to your shop, but not for Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI assistant. How they work, any bugs and their limits in interpreting instructions are up to Anthropic, OpenAI or the provider concerned.
