A landing page is a specific type of informative page that the Internet user arrives on after clicking on a link in an article, advertisement, call-to-action, emailing, etc.
The goal is to guide your visitor directly to the conversion, rather than simply directing them to your homepage. It is generally created as part of a marketing campaign.
If you’re launching a campaign targeting an event, a product or a promotion, or if, for example, you’ve made a partnership/product placement with an influencer and you want to bring their followers directly to a dedicated page, then create a specific landing page for this campaign!
How to create a landing page?
It’s possible to create a landing page using Pages+ (Content > Your pages). If you’ve never created Pages+ informative pages before, don’t hesitate to follow our Pages+ Presentation tutorial.
If you don’t want this landing page to be accessible to everyone, because you’re only offering a promotion to your Instagram followers, for example, or to the followers of an influencer with whom you’re in partnership, go to the Configuration/SEO section > SEO and make sure that the page doesn’t appear in the menu.
An example of a landing page: A Valentine's Day page.
As you can see, there are many possible landing pages.
Here, we present a special Valentine's Day page.
The purpose of this page is to inform customers about an ephemeral offer, more precisely about the Valentine's Day offer, and therefore to direct them to a selection of products dedicated to Valentine's Day.
