Loyalty programs

Thanks to our "Offers & Loyalty programs" feature you will be able to configure each aspect according to your needs.
To do this, go to your administration area, in the Marketing section > Offers & loyalty programs.

Loyalty points

In this section, you can determine :

  • If your customer earns loyalty points based on the amount of their purchases or the number of orders they place
  • The number of points earned 
  • If these points can be combined with other discounts or benefits
  • If they still earn points by purchasing a discounted product
  • If they keep all their points or lose them after each order

Discount application

In this section, you can determine :

  • After how many orders, the loyalty discount applies
  • After which amount the loyalty discount applies
  • If the loyalty discounts apply if the order is covered by a promo code or a customer benefit

Discount calculation

In this section, you can determine the different point ranges for which the customer will be entitled to a discount on his purchase. For each point range, you can define :

  • The number of points to collect in order to benefit from the discount on his purchase
  • If the customer benefits from :
    • a calculated discount according to their number of points
    • a fixed discount
    • free delivery
    • a calculated discount according to their number of points and a free delivery
    • a fixed discount and a free delivery
  • The amount of the discount given to your customer according to the number of points accumulated
