From your Administration space, you can manage your store's status independently.
Three store statuses are available:
- Delete your store completely
- Pause your store, leaving it visible to the public
- Pause your store and make it invisible to the public
To manage your store's status, go to My Store > Manage my stores.
☝ Good to know
You can also switch your store back to under construction via Appearance > Website under Construction.
Delete my store
You can permanently close your store. This action terminates your subscription and deletes your store as well as access to your administration space.
Please note the following before terminating your subscription:
- All your invoices have been settled via My Account > My invoices
- If you have opted for a no-commitment offer: you are not committed and can therefore cancel your store at any time, free of charge
- If you have opted for an offer with a 12-month commitment: you have 2 options :
- Close your store before your commitment end date, an invoice corresponding to the remaining monthly installments will be issued at the time of closure and will have to be paid.
- Schedule the closing at the end of your commitment, in which case your monthly installments will continue to appear each month until your store is automatically closed at the end of your commitment.
You can check the end of commitment date from your administration area, in the drop-down menu of the My Account section.
Pause my store while keeping it visible to the public
You can pause your store (set as dormant), while leaving it visible to the public:
- Your store remains accessible to the public
- Your store's SEO is preserved
- Visitors and customers cannot place orders
- You retain all your data
- You can reactivate your store at any time
- This status is ideal if you wish to put your store up for sale.
This option is available starting $14 excl. tax/month, calculated according to your initial monthly subscription.
Pause my store and make it invisible to the public
You can pause your store (set as dormant), but make it invisible to the public:
- Your store is not accessible to the public
- Your store's SEO is not preserved
- You retain all your data
- You can reactivate your store at any time
- This status is not recommended if you wish to put your store up for sale.
This option is available starting $9 excl. tax/month, calculated according to your initial monthly subscription.

Some accounts do not benefit from this status, and must contact the Business Coach team to close their store:
- Stores operating under the old WiziShop pricing system
- Evolup affiliate stores
