The products’ stock quantities can be viewed directly on BDroppy, on each of the product pages.
On our platform, the Business Plan allows your store’s and your supplier’s stock levels to be synchronised. Your stock will be updated every day, depending on the stock available on BDroppy, with a safety margin of 1 unit per item.


How do I find out about delivery times and charges?

The delivery times and charges are indicated in your Shopping Cart when you place an order.

What are the order processing and delivery times on BDroppy?

The BDroppy delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on the carrier used.

Can I obtain the tracking number for shipped items?

For deliveries by DHL, you can obtain the tracking number by going to “My Orders”, then “Tracking” and clicking on the link to track the delivery of your order. For all other deliveries, BDroppy advises that you contact the relevant carrier’s customer services.

Will my clients know that the product is shipped by BDroppy?

No, parcels delivered to the end customer do not make any reference to BDroppy. The delivery note will only indicate the address of the logistics department.

Can I stamp my logo/brand on the parcels?

It is not possible to stamp your logo or personalize the packaging used for your orders. BDroppy uses plain packaging.
