There is no stock synchronization with AliExpress, even with the Pro subscription. We advise you to keep a close watch on your imported products and their stocks.


What are the shipping times and costs?

The countries, times and costs of delivery are listed on the product page once the shipping options are chosen.
When you place your order, if the seller offers several delivery options, the Dropizi extension will always choose AliExpress Standard Shipping by default, or ePacket if the former is not available. You can select another carrier if need be.

What are the order processing and delivery times on AliExpress?

Depending on which seller you choose, the preparation time for a parcel can go from 1 to 7 business days.

Can I obtain the tracking number for shipped items?

Depending on the which carrier you chose when you placed your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or be available in your order history. You can track your parcels through two tracking platforms:

You can of course communicate these tracking numbers to your clients.

Will my customers know that the product was shipped by AliExpress?

The shipping address will be written on the parcel, but not the website name (AliExpress). Note that some items on AliExpress can be shipped from warehouses that are not located in China, some of them are in Europe. You can choose the shipping country when you place the order.
