With Zettle POS, you can sell your products in person while using the catalog from your online store. Your products are automatically synced between the platforms.
This solution offers centralized management of your business: products, prices, and stock levels remain consistent between your online store and your physical points of sale.
Sales made through Zettle do not generate orders in your WiziShop admin area.
The tool is exclusively intended for in-person sales, while staying connected to your e-commerce environment to synchronize your product catalog.
Activate your Zettle POS account
To use Zettle POS with your store, follow these steps:
Go to your WiziShop admin panel, under Settings (gear icon) > Zettle POS.
Click "Sign up" to create your account.
Fill in the registration form with your store details, company information, and banking details.
Once the form is submitted, wait for PayPal to validate and confirm the activation of your account.
Set up Zettle POS on your store
Once your account is validated and activated, go to Configurations > Zettle POS and log in using your credentials.
Import your products
The first step is to select the products you want to import from your online store. At this step, if you already have an existing catalog on Zettle POS, it will be completely cleared and replaced by the products imported from your store.
When choosing your products, you’ll see the full list of your product catalog. You can filter by category or brand, or search for a specific product by name.
You will also have a quick view of selected and unselected products.
Choose your update preferences
The second step is to choose your product update preferences. You will have two options:
Synchronize all changes made to the products (product name, images, description, variations, stock, and price).
Synchronize stock only.
Manage my products from the Zettle POS interface
On your Zettle POS dashboard, under Products > Product Catalog, you will find all the products imported from your store.
If you update the stock of a product from your Zettle POS interface, it will also update on your online store.
A variation or a product without stock will not be sent to the Zettle POS interface and may trigger an error in your online store’s admin area.
Some errors may also occur if your products are in draft status or if you offer digital products.

PayPal POS: Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Sweden.
Zettle by PayPal: France.
