Unlike other Dropizi providers, which require the use of the Chrome extension, placing an order on 01supply will have to be done directly through their administration space.
From your 01supply account, you can find all your orders in the "Orders" section.
Once your order has been paid and shipped, a tracking number will be given to you by the carrier. You will be able to enter this number in your order at the time of the status change to transmit it to your customer.
Placing an order for 01supply products
Start by clicking on the "Order" button and then add the delivery information provided by your customer. Once this is done, click on "Pay the order". You will then be redirected to the order finalization page. All you have to do is select the delivery method and pay.
Once the order is paid, the supplier will receive all the information, process the order and send it to your final customer.
Ordering for Etsy products
If you have imported an Etsy product and would like to purchase it, you can click on the order button on the product page. You will then be redirected to the product page directly on Etsy to complete the order via the Etsy site.
