ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT

  • How do I access my account?

To access your account section, simply click on the circle with your initials and name located at the top left of your WiziShop Partners management area.

 

ABOUT MY INFORMATION

  • How do I change my personal information?

You can modify your personal information in the "Your Information" section under the "My Account" section.

  • How do I change my organization's information?

You can modify your organization's information in the "Your Organization" section under the "My Account" section.

  • Where do I find my affiliate link/code?

You can find your affiliate link/code at the top of the Dashboard section of your WiziShop Partners management area.

ABOUT MY PASSWORD

  • How do I recover my password?

To recover your password, go to the login page of your WiziShop Partners management area. In the "Your password" field, click on "Forgot?". You will automatically receive an email from us with instructions to change your password.

  • How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to the "Your Information" section under the "My Account" section. Under "Change your password," enter the current password you want to change and replace it with the new one.

 

ABOUT MY PAYMENTS

  • How do I set up my payment information?

You can set up your payment information in the "Payment Preferences" section under the "My Account" section. You will then be able to choose your payment preference between PayPal and bank transfer. Your payments will be sent to the account you have configured. 

  • From what amount can I request payment?

In order to request payment, from the "Your Commissions" section, a minimum amount of 100€ in commissions must be available.

  • How do I request payment for my commissions?

Payment for your commissions can be requested from the "Your Commissions" section. A "Request Payment" button is displayed below the amount of your available commissions. Please note that a minimum amount of 100€ in commissions must be available to request your payment.

  • I need explanations about the statuses of my payments.

The history of your payments is available in the "Payment History" section under the "Your Commissions" section. 

 

ABOUT MY STATISTICS

  • How do I see the number of subscribers thanks to my link?

You can find your conversion funnel and the number of subscribers via your link in the "Stats & Tracking" section of your WiziShop Partners management area. Go to the "Stats & Tracking" tutorial for more information.

  • What is the difference between subscribers and customers in my statistics?

The number of subscribers corresponds to the number of people who have registered on WiziShop, Dropizi and/or Evolup during the trial period. The number of customers corresponds to registered persons who have validated a plan and activated their account beyond the free trial period.

 

ABOUT MY COMMISSIONS

  • Where can I find the history of my commissions?

You can find the tracking of your commissions in the "Stats & Tracking" section of your WiziShop Partners management area, as well as all the commissions that are assigned, paid and canceled. 

  • What commission percentage am I entitled to?

You can find the commission percentage you are entitled to in the "Your Commissions" section of your WiziShop Partners management area.

 

  • Why are some of my commissions canceled?

The amount of your commissions is calculated based on subscription invoices paid by your affiliates. It may happen that an invoice is canceled or refunded on your affiliate's account. In this case, the commission associated with that invoice cannot be attributed to you and will be canceled.

 

ABOUT MY PROMOTIONAL TOOLS

  • Where can I find WiziShop/Dropizi promotional tools?

You can find them in the Promotional Tools section of your WiziShop Partners admin area. At the top right, you can choose to display either WiziShop, Dropizi and/or Evolup tools.

  • Can I suggest an idea or content need?

Of course! To suggest your idea or content need, simply write to us in the chat bubble located at the bottom right of your WiziShop Partners admin area.

  • Do you regularly offer new content?

Absolutely. We regularly offer new content to feed your various communication channels (social networks, blog, newsletters, etc.). You can identify new items with the purple badge in the Promotional Tools section.

 

I CREATE STORES FOR CLIENTS

  • How do I create stores for my clients?

To create a store for one of your clients, the WiziShop, Dropizi and/or Evolup account must be created through your affiliate link.

Then, to create the store itself, we invite you to follow the Getting Started tutorial in our WiziShop Help Center.

  • How do I link a client to my WiziShop Partners account?

In order for a client to be linked to your account, they must use your affiliate link when creating their WiziShop, Dropizi and/or Evolup account.

  • My client did not use my affiliate link. Will they be included in my commissions?

By default, the system will not link a client who did not register through your affiliate link. If one of your clients did not register using your affiliate link, please contact the WiziShop Partners team.

  • Where can I find technical documentation on WiziShop, Dropizi and/or Evolup?

In your WiziShop Partners admin area, go to the Resources section at the bottom left. There, you will find the API Documentation and Twig Documentation.
