Free shipping can be a major selling point when you’re starting out! Excessive shipping costs alone may be the reason why you have low conversion.
One strategy that has proven its worth over the years is to completely or partially absorb your shipping costs in the price of your products (by slightly increasing it). The applicable shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier you’re working with. Take your time to look at different carriers.
💡 Free shipping from a certain purchase amount also allows you to increase your average shopping basket. Keep that in mind!
