When you create your account on WiziShop, your phone number is mandatory. This number allows our Business Coaches to contact you if necessary, but it also allows us to secure access to your account via an SMS or automatic phone call authentication.
If you did not enter your phone number when you subscribed, you can do it at any time during your trial period via My Account > Personal Information.
If you have not entered your phone number at the end of your trial period, a page will ask you to do it on your next login.
Once your number is entered, our system will secure access to your account by sending you a code via SMS or through an automatic phone call.
☝️ Good to know:
Some telephone providers can block automatic phone calls or SMS. You might not be able to receive your code. In this case, the security process will be done directly over the phone with a Business Coach.
If you cannot receive your security code, please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your phone number. Your request will be prioritized, and a Business Coach will call you directly. You will have to answer a few questions, and access to your administration space will be unblocked.
