Sending newsletters regularly is a great strategy to retain your customers. Inform them about your novelties, offer a discount code, promote your events. The possibilities are endless! Expanding your subscriber base is therefore essential. If you have a physical store, consider collecting the email addresses of your customers when they make purchases. Communicating on social media is also a great way to retrieve email addresses from potential customers.
To find your current subscriber base, go to Marketing > Manage your email campaigns, Subscribers tab.
The Import your subscribers button will allow you to import a list of email addresses into your subscriber base. In the pop-up window, you can fill in your addresses:
In order to easily copy and paste your email addresses in the format required by our system, we recommend that you first place them in a Word or Excel file, with one email address per line. Your file must only contain email addresses, one below the other. No names, telephone numbers, postal addresses, etc.
⚠️ The download or online purchase of email address files is punishable by law. By confirming the addition of addresses in the pop-up above, you solemnly declare that all the holders of the email addresses have agreed to receive marketing information from you.
Once the import is launched, a loading message might be displayed for a few minutes, depending on how many addresses you are importing. Once your import is completed, you will see the below confirmation message :
By refreshing the page, you can see your new addresses added to the list of subscribers (all your new addresses may take several minutes to be uploaded to the list, feel free to refresh your page a few times if needed).
👉 N.B.: If you do not want to simply import email addresses but complete customer files on your store, your Business Coaches can put you in touch with one of our technical development partners. A quote may be provided for the import of a customer database via API.
